REQUEST FOR RECIPES Dear Chef and Chef Teams: On Friday, April 25, 2008, the Mental Health Association will host a very special Men Who Cook at the newly renovated Hotel Syracuse. 2008 marks the event’s 20th anniversary! As a way to celebrate this great milestone and recognize all the efforts of our chefs, the Mental Health Association will be creating a cookbook featuring the recipes of dishes served at our event over the years. We are asking you as a past/present cook to submit your recipe for your dish(es) for the cookbook. You and your company will be recognized in the cookbook next to your recipe, along with a picture from the event, if available. These recipes will be compiled into a standard design format and therefore the layout in which you submit your recipe is not important. Simply copy your recipe from its original source (recipe card, book, handwritten note, etc.) and send it either via email or regular mail to the following address: Email: kevin@theeventscompany.com Regular Mail: Please scale your recipe to an average serving size (typically 4-6 people) and send in your recipe(s) by Friday, February 29, 2008. Entries will be added to the cookbook which will be available for sale at our event on April 25th. Feel free to submit a recipe for each year in which you have participated.
